Processed Personal Data. “THE COMPANY” will treat your personal identification, contact, physical location, social security ffiliation, academic, labor, legal, patrimonial and authentication data.

 

 

Treatment purposes.The aforementioned personal data will be processed for the following purposes, necessary for our selection, recruitment and hiring process of personnel: security, identification and communication with you; evaluation of your

personal and professional qualities to determine your aptitude to occupy a position in “THE COMPANY” and, where appropriate, formalize the corresponding employment relationship with you, as well as comply with the obligations derived from it.

 

 

In accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, your Personal Data may also be processed for purposes compatible or analogous to the above. Likewise, your Personal Data may be treated for secondary purposes, consisting of promotion, advertising, dissemination of our activities and services and invitation to events.

 

 

Consent to Treatment without limitations. By accepting the provisions of this Privacy Notice, you accept that the Processing of your Personal Data by “THE COMPANY” may be carried out without limitation of any of the purposes listed above.

 

 

Transfers of personal data, the Third Party recipient of the Personal Data, and the Purposes thereof. “THE COMPANY” may Transfer your Non-Sensitive Personal Data to Third Parties in order for them to carry out academic, psychometric or socio-economic studies directly related to our selection, recruitment and hiring process. Likewise, your Personal Data (which includes the Unique Population Registry Code), may be transferred to Third Parties in charge of carrying out identification research, authenticity of the information and documents provided, personal references, academic background and labor. At the time of accepting the provisions of this paragraph, you authorize “THE COMPANY” the Transfer of your Personal Data for the specified purposes.

 

 

Means and Procedure to Exercise your ARCO Rights. You can request Access to your Personal Data and the Privacy Notice. You can request a rectification of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You can request the Cancellation of your personal data usage if you consider that they are not used in accordance with the corresponding principles, duties and obligations. You can oppose the Processing of your Personal Data for specific Purposes as well as revoke the consent granted by accepting the provisions of this PRIVACY NOTICE for the Treatment of your Personal Data. To do this, you must fill out the application form, TEM-HR-074 Arco Beliveo Rights Request, which will be available at our offices, on business days and from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., together with: (i) signed copy of an official identification with photo, (ii) power of attorney and identification of your attorney, if sent through a representative, and (iii) in case of exercising the right of rectification, documentary evidence of the changes requested.
